The Innovation center should be an epicenter oil & gas building and serve as a centre of reference, In order to achieve this, an existing structure initially designed to serve as a shopping mall is going to be used to achieve this. The design considerations are; Efficient natural lighting, Elaborate reception, Flexibility of spaces, Utilization of green areas, Appropriate balance between open and secluded spaces, Environmental sustainability, Cultural Reconnaissance, Vehicular access and Circulation, Efficient Human circulation and user experience, Functional zoning of spaces, Application of technological innovations in form of automated door, windowes systems and other creative elements., State of the art communication systems and striking aesthetics
